Uchi no Otouto Maji de Dekain dakedo Mi ni Konai? is a CG created by artist Haku Kemuri, originally released on July 19, 2018. On April 28, 2021, Lune Soft released its animated adaptation, consisting of two episodes. Meanwhile, MOODYZ premiered MIMK-066, the first live-action adult adaptation, on February 8, 2019. The story follows Nao, a boy with an unusual problem: he has an extraordinarily large penis. The plot kicks off when his sister’s friends, curious about the rumors surrounding his size, confront him to see if they’re true. After an unexpected encounter in which one of them ends up getting intimate with him, a wild series of sexual adventures unfolds between Nao and these three high school girls.
